Bra Fitting Guide

Find your bra size in 3 easy steps below. Use a soft tape measure and record your measurements in inches.

Step 1 - Find Your Band Size

  • Measure around your body directly under the bust. Ensure
        that the measuring tape is held firmly but not too tight,
        parallel to the floor and flat across your back.


  • If the measurement is an even number, add 4 inches.
        If the measurement is an odd number, add 5 inches.
        The result will be your Band Size.

    • Step 2 - Find Your Cup Size

  • For accurate measurement, it is best to wear a non-padded
        bra. Measure around the fullest part of your bust (at the
        nipple). Ensure that the measuring tape is held firmly but
        not too tight (leave some room to breathe), parallel to the
        floor and flat across your back.


  • Calculate the difference to determine your cup size
        i.e. Measurement around bust – Band Size = Cup Size

    • Step 3 - Find Your Bra Size

  • Use the chart below, match your band size with your
        cup size to find your bra size in black.

    Step 1 - Measure Your Waist

  • Measure around your waist (bend to the side and the crease
        will be where you should measure). Ensure that the
        measuring tape is held firmly without cinching and parallel
        to the floor.

    • Step 2 - Measure Your Hips

  • Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Ensure that the
        measuring tape is held firmly without cinching and parallel
        to the floor.

    • Step 3 - Find Your Panty Size

  • Use the chart below, to find your panty size in black.
